This was my 2nd road trip down to Malacca this year. We found a nice place to hang out by the river called Riverine. It has beautiful view like this. 🙂 Then in the evening, the Stadthuys was decorated with red lights which made it look even more reddish. Again, the view from the Riverine. Summary, there’s always something to discover about Malacca.

It’s a worthy road trip. It’s also worth to wake up at 6am in the morning when we went to sleep at 3am. We drove down to Alor Setar the night before and get some rest in a hotel nearby. The shots are amazing.

Look at the bee hoon soup. The fried fish is the best. This place is located right around the entrance to the Chew Jetty, Weld Quay. They have a wide variety of seafood especially fish. I like the fried “Pee-In-Pants” prawn. Lai Liu Har. Mantis Prawn. Another favourite would be the Tom Yam noodle. Add on an egg. Splendid.
